• Monthly base fee: $105 per company

Billing is simple: you're charged a flat monthly fee based on your number of employees. There's no per-payroll fee or additional charges for running payroll as often as you need. We'll set up automatic billing from your bank account for your convenience.

We don't lock you into long-term contracts. Our service is month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We believe in earning your business through great service, not contracts.

It's simple! You can submit payroll via:

We recommend submitting by noon the day before your pay date. Once we receive your information, we handle everything else—calculations, direct deposit, and tax filings.

We support all common pay schedules: weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly. Some clients even run different schedules for different employee groups. Let us know what works best for your business.

Direct deposit is included in our service at no extra charge. Your employees provide their bank account information, and funds are deposited directly into their accounts on payday. Most deposits arrive by morning of the pay date. We can also accommodate split deposits (dividing pay between accounts) if needed.

We handle all federal and California state payroll tax filings, including:

• Federal Form 941 (quarterly)
• Federal Form 940 (annual)
• California DE-9 and DE-9C (quarterly)
• California state withholding
• EDD employer contributions

We calculate, file, and ensure all deposits are made on time to avoid penalties.

Yes! Year-end W-2 preparation and distribution is included in your service. We prepare all W-2s for your employees, file them with the SSA, and either mail or electronically distribute them to your employees by the January 31st deadline. We'll also prepare W-3 summaries for your records.

California requires employers to report new hires within 20 days of hire. We handle this for you automatically whenever you add a new employee to payroll. This ensures your business stays compliant with state requirements and helps locate parents for child support enforcement.

EDD stands for Employment Development Department. It's the California state agency that administers unemployment insurance, disability insurance, and employment training taxes. As a California employer, you must register with the EDD and pay quarterly contributions. We help you obtain your EDD employer account number and ensure ongoing compliance.

Yes! EDD employer account registration is included in our setup fee. Many payroll services charge extra for this, but we include it because it's essential for California compliance. We'll complete the DE 1 form and follow up with the EDD to ensure your account is active and properly configured.
